Infrared sauna
Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the surrounding air. Instead, they use infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly. Because the infrared lamps heat the body from within, they are able to penetrate deeper into the skin. This means that the body is able to release even more toxins than a traditional sauna. Along with this, the client will experience a dryer heating session, making it more enjoyable!

IV Therapy
Intravenous (IV) vitamin therapy can help improve overall wellness by supplementing essential vitamins and minerals your body needs. It can improve hydration, aids in absorption of lacking nutrients, boosts immune system function, increase energy and helps to enhance skin health.

Massage
At Precision we offer a variety of massage techniques to help the body release tension and ease pain. Our trained massage therapist will apply gentle or strong pressure to the muscles and joints of the body to ease pain and tension. Stretching, acupressure, manipulation of the muscle, rubbing and kneading are some of the tools used in Precision’s Massage Therapy.
